OBSERVING THE ONENESS OF THE FAITH

The Honor of Being Associated With The Watchtower Bible & Tract Society

oneness of faith

After considering these series of letters, along with the prior series – “The Seven Letters to the Seven Congregations” and “The Royal Priesthood and the Holy Nation” – we may feel a bit let down, or misled by the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society. There is no need to feel that way. Actually, their role in our spiritual development should be honored and appreciated.

While it is true that other Christian associations view all of their members as sons of God, in many instances, it is taken for granted. There is no baptism in fire. No constant scrutiny. No imposed self-examination.

In fact, nowhere in the world of Christianity is the role of sonship with God so highly prized. Nowhere in the world of Christianity is the profession of sonship with God so contemplative and weighty. And nowhere in the world of Christianity is the path of a son of the Father so challenging on a even weekly basis causing us to constantly “make our calling sure.” Only here do we have
enough ‘grist in the mill’ or ‘fire in the furnace’ in such close association so as to develop the strength of character, courage and the spiritual stature of a mature Son of the Father. For this we are eternally grateful.

But the time has come to correct this error of teaching and swing wide open the doors to the Kingdom of the Heavens! All anointed Christians have a responsibility to one another and to the Father’s to assist in building up a Holy Nation and Royal Priesthood.

To further help all the anointed sons of God to carry out their duties, we have completed the next series of articles entitled “Ambassadors Substituting for Christ.” This series is designed to give practical knowledge, guidance and examples of how we are to act as ambassadors, and to take us deeper into the personality of the Father and his Christ as we carry out our duties. We welcome
the suggestions of other anointed and hope to publish their ideas for the entire body.

“And you have an anointing from the holy one; all of you have knowledge.”
– 1 John 2:20

It is this writer’s wish that everyone in associated with the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society share this message so as to uplift the congregations and the entire association. Imagine the good this powerful organization can do for the world of mankind if this message of sonship was spread throughout the world. No other religious association has the international framework to reach so
many people. And image the increase as our brothers own their inheritance, live up to their sacred responsibility as heirs to the kingdom, and become fully competent, completely equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:17) We invite you to consider our next series of letters, “Ambassadors Substituting for Christ.” It is designed to show you what can be done.

As always, we welcome your questions and comments.
